Competitor Coaching

£225 per month

  • Advanced nutrition and training plans to take you from where you are now to the bodybuilding stage.

  • Health is a priority.

  • Expert in vegan and vegetarian diets.

  • Supplementation recommendation.

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach (daily leading up to stage day).

  • Recommendations on posing coaches, bikinis, heels, federations and all you need for stage.

  • Support outside of check-ins.

  • This is for you if you’ve been training for 12+ months and are ready to compete.

  • 6 month minimum commitment.
