How can I work with you?

Please fill in the coaching application or drop me a message on Instagram / Facebook. Please note I don’t take anyone on until we’ve had a consultation call and know we’re a good match.

Is there anyone you don’t work with?

I want to help as many people as possible, but there are a few things I will ask you to do as part of coaching; this includes logging your food in MyFitnessPal and some form of exercise (whether this is weight training, or if just a nutrition client, cardio like walking or running). I will also ask that you communicate regularly with me.

Mental health conditions and physical health conditions (such as eating disorders, chronic fatigue etc) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Why is there a minimum commitment?

I don’t believe in quick fixes - real results take time and I will never push my clients to follow a plan that isn’t sustainable. 12 weeks is a sensible amount of time to get to know your body and how it responds, and get some awesome results in the process!

Do you recommend nutrition or training coaching?

Clients will get the best results from both nutrition and training coaching. This is because I can assess and control every variable in the process, meaning everything is better aligned.
